Section 1: Full Website Terms & Disclaimers

  1. Custom Orders
    All custom-cut and special-order roofing, siding, and accessories are non-returnable. Stock items may be returned subject to prior approval and inspection for quality.
  2. Packaging
    All pricing includes standard packaging unless otherwise noted.
  3. Job Site Delivery
    Delivery must be scheduled in advance and approved by TMMS. The job site must be accessible for a 30’ flatbed trailer, and adequate space for safe unloading is required.
  4. Extended Lengths
    Panel lengths over 27’ may require a longer trailer and special handling arrangements. Additional fees may apply.
  5. Bare Metal Finish Disclaimer
    Uniform appearance of bare Galvanized and bare Galvalume panels cannot be guaranteed. Natural variations are normal and do not indicate a defect.
  6. Water Stain Claims
    Claims for water-stained material must be submitted within three (3) days of material receipt. Failure to store panels properly may void claims.
  7. Color Variance
    Colors may appear different on screens or under various lighting conditions. For the most accurate color match, please request a physical color card before placing an order.
  8. Storage & Handling
    Panels must be stored in a dry, well-ventilated area. Prolonged exposure to moisture can cause water staining or premature corrosion. TMMS is not responsible for damage resulting from improper storage or handling.
  9. Cutting & Field Modifications
    Field cutting should be performed with appropriate tools to prevent damage to panel coatings. TMMS is not responsible for issues caused by improper cutting or modifications.
  10. Installation Responsibility
    TMMS does not provide installation services. The buyer is responsible for ensuring proper installation per manufacturer guidelines. TMMS is not liable for issues arising from improper installation.
  11. Order Verification
    It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify order details, including panel lengths, color, gauge, and trim profiles, prior to production. TMMS is not responsible for errors after production begins.
  12. Lead Times & Delays
    Estimated lead times are provided as a courtesy and are subject to change based on material availability, production capacity, and transportation conditions.
  13. Warranty
    Warranty coverage varies by product and finish. TMMS is not responsible for damages resulting from acts of nature, mishandling, or improper installation. Refer to manufacturer warranty terms for full details.
